Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Question Where do you go for the course material?
Answer To access the course material, you must you must select Registration at the main menu and follow the instructions to register in the system. Lastly, you should select Login at the main menu and enter the username and password that was sent to you via email after registration.

Our web based system will seamlessly guide you through all of these steps. After all of those steps have been successfully completed, you should see a Review option at the main menu. Select it to start the course review.

Question
I registered for the course, but I lost or forgot my password, what can I do?
Answer At the main menu, select Login and then click the 'Forgot Password' link. You can then enter the email you supplied during registration and your password will be emailed to you.

Question I'm having trouble passing a section or understanding a concept, what should I do?
Answer Each review page has a link to the email of our online instructor. Use the link to ask the online instructor questions.

Question
I passed a review section, but how do I find out which questions I missed?
Answer You can review all of your answers once you complete all of the review questions and sections.

Question My question is not listed in your FAQ, what can I do?
Answer Send an email to our support @ mit@masonryinsttn.com.
